Vision: Becoming a leading Study Program of Indonesian History and Cultural Studies in South East Asia, particularly in Indonesian Maritime History and Culture, in 2025.
Missions:
- Administering the teaching and coursework bearing scholars qualified in the study and research of Indonesian history and culture, particularly Indonesian maritime history and culture,
- Conducting research in the field of Indonesian history and culture, particularly Indonesian maritime history and culture,
- Promoting community services to discuss social issues related to Indonesian maritime society, and
- Developing a particular system of documentation, publication, and distribution of the result of scientific projects.
